This is my favorite sweater. I got it for Christmas years ago from a distant member of an extended family by marriage whom we are no longer affiliated with- which makes it all the more rare and special. This sweater reminds me of that person, and of the story of where she got the sweater while overseas working for Bjork.
It was so thoughtful and really was a beautiful gift. it is cozy and keeps me very warm. A cool part about it is that she did not know but at the time my 2 favorite colors were pink & green. (Those are the accents on the argyle).
It reminds me of that one Christmas Eve we spent at their home, and proves just how valuable time with people you care about is.
I hadn’t begun wearing it until I realized this value, and now I call it my favorite sweater.
The harp seal hunt is something that each person should be aware of. Seals in Canada are brutally murdered each year for their fur.
I just heard of a breakthrough from HarpSeals.org.
Many tours are done where the harp seals live, which may often accidentally lead hunters to the location of the seal packs. Fortunately, Natural Habitat Seal Tours has just cancelled tours until they have made sure to not put seals in danger.
Yay!! This is wonderful news regarding a cause I am very passionate about.
Does anybody know if Yukon had a wife?
1. I dream of mushing sled dogs. Balto is my shoe.
2. He eerily reminds me of my best friend who shall remain nameless that I’ve questioned being in love with.
3. His intuition is as simple as his licking gold off of a pick-ax. That is a man.
4. Bumbles Bounce. Ladies.
